Equity and Outreach Training Services (EOTS) is designed to support community members on their pathways towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We believe that creating a culture of collective wellbeing and liberation happens when we make space for deep listening and skills-building.

We offer private consultation to businesses and workplaces around Oregon and Washington, such as community assessment and research, focus group facilitation, outreach support, DEI assessments and planning tools, and Plain Language adaptations of community outreach materials and workplace document. We also facilitate free monthly health equity community meetings for professionals across the Mid-Columbia Gorge Region and create, review, and update DEI curricula.
